Hi Everyone!

This is the start of a 3-day adventure through some of the islands of Greece. I have booked the fast ferries along the way and let me tell you... they are FAST! Everything about them is fast, not just the speed (35-40 Knots), but getting on and getting off. It's a wild circus each time. People pushing and shoving, cars and motor bikes whizzing past. Ferry staff yelling and blowing whistles telling everyone to move even faster yet than the already crazy hussle we were doing. Fun but frantic.

On the suggestion of a fellow adventurer, I rented a car to better tour the island and its many beaches and other photo-ops. It was fun. I am glad I bought the "everything" insurance though because some of the roads went from paved to dirt, to rocks, to giant boulders and sharp drops O_o.

The town of Mykonos was fun to get lost in, all the now bending streets that all look the same. Great atmosphere. Great food. Everything smelled so nice.

Highlights not fully captured in the video:

• There is a magic to Greece. Just being here feels a certain way. Connecting to the ancient world. Exploring. Magical.

• I stayed in an AirBNB this time, rather than a hostel. Hostels are few and far between on the islands and the ones that do exist are extreme party places. I was glad to be over the age cap of 35 frankly. No thanks :)

• Mykonos was not cheap. Everything is imported to this little island and so that extra cost is trasferred to the end consumer. Beatiful place, but pretty pricy.
